This is Midoriya Izuku (a.k.a Deku) and he is probably my second favourite anime character of ALL time. He has a simple design but the creators of BNHA made him a very favourable character.

Izuke is the first character you see in the anime and was given his power by the Number 1 Hero, All Might. Izuku is somewhat short for his age. He used to be very skinny but has gained a ton of muscles by working out with All Might to be able to at least, wield the power. After he trained with All Might, he was accepted into U.A Highschool where all the Pro Heroes were trained (Obviously not all but a lot)
